How to Use: Light the tip of the smudge stick then hold at a 45 degree angle pointing the top down towards the flame. Allow it to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, and then blow out the flame. Place the stick on a fireproof plate, bowl, or shell to catch ash. After use, extinguish with water or sand.
