This 4-piece smudge assortment contains WHITE SAGE (white), PALO SANTO (wood), and SWEETGRASS (braid). The burning of sacred herbs has been practiced by indigenous traditions for many generations.

White Sage - Considered to be a blessed, sacred, cleansing, and purifying plant. White sage is believed to help purify a space and chase out negative energy. It has an herbaceous, earthy fragrance.

Palo Santo - A mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America. Palo Santo means "holy wood" in Spanish. It's known to bring a grounded and clear feeling when burned. It is woody and sweet with hints of citrus.

Sweetgrass – Often braided and burned to promote positive energy, happiness, and harmony. It works well together with white sage, which chases out negative energy. Each strand of the sweetgrass braid symbolizes love, kindness, and honesty. Its fragrance is sweet, warm, and vanilla-like.

How to Use: Light the tip of the smudge stick and gently wave until it begins to smolder and release scent. Blow out the flame and place the smudge on a fireproof plate, bowl, or shell to catch ash. After use, extinguish with water or sand.
