If you are interested in stocking Nippon Kodo in your store please submit the below form. A copy of your resale license/tax id will be required in order to open a wholesale account with us. We will contact you shortly with wholesale information and line sheets.


*Effective January 1, 2019, we prohibit the sale of any Nippon Kodo product on e-commerce website(including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart) other than your own store website.

Terms

1) Minimum Order of US $100 - for some items, a minimum quantity may be required. Please refer to the Price Sheet for details.
2) Payment - Initial orders by Credit Card but may apply for Terms after that. Please request application form if interested.
3) Shipment - We can ship directly to you by FedEx, USPS Priority for HI, AK, CANADA, and UPS by request *additional pick up charge included* and charge actual shipping fee on your Invoice. If you have accounts with FedEx or UPS, we can ship via Collect as well. (Any surcharge, brokerage charge, import duty, sales tax, etc. the customer / importer is responsible)
4) Returns / Exchanges - All sales are final. No returns / exchanges accepted UNLESS damaged during shipment or have factory defects. Customer must notify Nippon Kodo for prior authorization of any returns/exchanges before making return shipments within 5 business days of receipt of products.
